1. Eligibility
The McAlpine Snood giveaway is free to enter and is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of the giveaway organiser, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry requirements
To participate in the McAlpine Christmas giveaway, participants must like the giveaway post and comment ‘YES’. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway period
11.12.24 – 18.12.24
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway period will not be eligible for consideration.

4. Winner selection
Ten winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The selection will take place on the day the giveaway ends. The organiser’s decision will be final.

5. Winner notification
The selected winner will be notified via Direct Message on the social media platform entered. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize
McAlpine Fleece Snood which will be sent to their chosen address free of charge.

7. Publicity
By participating in the McAlpine Snood giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name, and any other relevant information for promotional purposes, both online and offline, without any further compensation.

8. Data protection
Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely to administer the McAlpine giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties unless explicitly consented to by the participant.

9. Limitation of liability
The organiser, its affiliates, and partners will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of the product once it is in their possession.

10. Governing law
The Giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
